The Willow Stream Spa at Fairmont Empress

Willow Stream Spa offers authentic and effective spa experiences customized to your wellness needs. To maximize your spa experience, we recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to partake in the spa ritual.  The spa ritual includes Finnish style sauna, steam inhalation room and mineral pool and is designed to open up inhalation, cleanse, detoxify and warm the muscles.

One Workplace Spa Appointments are available over the dates of Sunday, May 19 – Wednesday, May 22, 2024. 

We have up to 35 appointments per day which include massages, facials and body treatments. 

Appointments are available during the hours of 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, with the last treatment finishing at 5:00 pm.

The One Workplace block of appointments is held until April 19, 2024, so please book your appointments soon!  After April 19th appointments will depend on the remaining availability.

The Spa also offers manicures and pedicures but these treatments do not include spa access.  Please call the Spa to book these appoints.
